Refunding a customer is very simple and can be done for a period of 7 days after the sale is made.
Beyond that the payment is marked as processed and refunds are no longer possible. Users might still contact Cubebrush if the period has expired and in some cases we might allow late refunds.
As a seller, to refund a purchase simply go to your Customers page, click on the name of the customer, then refund the desired order by clicking on the refund button.
When the button is no longer accessible, it means the refund period is over.
