Each of your product files can be downloaded up to 5 times per month.

Once the limit is reached for a given file or product, it's no longer possible to download its content until the following month unless you reset your download limit.

You can normaly reset your downloads up to 2 times per month - beyond that and for each subsequent resets that month, you'll need to confirm via email. At this point, we highly recommend you contact support for help since something is probably not right!
